Groovy Support added to OpenCms
Sebastian Himberger demonstrated on the OpenCms Days 2008 how to add Groovy and PHP support to the Java-based Open Source web content management system OpenCms.
Matt Butcher of Aleph-Null, Inc wrote about this in his blog: "He [Sebastian Himberger] showed how to add PHP and Groovy support to OpenCms, walking through the surprisingly brief code".
More Information is available on Sebastians Homepage and the source code is available from the subversion repository on sourceforge, project ocmscripting.
Update: Scripting language integration is now an official contributed third party module on the OpenCms module downloads page.
